As of January 1, 2010, Ashford Club became the first and only smoke free apartment community in Tallahassee. As featured in the Tallahassee Democrat, smoking is prohibited both indoors and out, a ban which extends to each apartment as well as to all public spaces. Ashford Club is the only property in Tallahassee which regularly cleans and sanitizes the HVAC and ductwork in each of its apartment units.
